Our History

Rock Harbor was founded in 2014 with the vision of partnering with asset managers to bring the best in boutique management to financial advisers across the country. As the marketplace changed and evolved, Rock Harbor saw an opportunity to help increase coverage for asset managers through our unique view on distribution . Rock Harbor's experienced wholesale team which has distributed 40 Act Mutual Funds, Closed End Funds, Annuities as well as ETF's has over 80 years combined experience in financial wholesale . Sean Ritchlin, Founder & CEO

Sean Ritchlin is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rock Harbor. Sean brings over a decade of experience in financial wholesale distribution.

Prior to founding Rock Harbor, Sean was consistently the top wholesaler for AXA Distributors focusing on Michigan and Indiana as Regional Vice President covering Wirehouse and bank firms. Previously he served as Regional Marketing Director for Lincoln Financial in the Michigan region covering Wirehouse and Independent firms.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he received his bachelor’s degree in 1999.

Lindsey Cipro

Lindsey Cipro is VP, Head of National Accounts at Rock Harbor. Ms. Cipro has extensive experience in Business Development and Key Account Management.  Prior to joining Rock Harbor she was AVP, Institutional Insurance & Sub Advisory for National Accounts for Ivy Investments. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2005, with a bachelors of Science in Economics.

Keith Yoho

Keith Yoho is a Senior Vice President covering Ohio, Pennsylvania & Kentucky.  Prior to joining Rock Harbor Keith was a Senior Vice President at Dreyfus since April of 2005 as well as a SVP at Alliance Bernstein from February 2000-March 2005. Keith is a graduate of West Virginia University  with a BS, Finance. Keith resides in Brecksville OH.


Jennifer Collins

Jennifer Collins joined Rock Harbor as a Regional Vice President and Branch Manager in July of 2015. Jennifer is responsible for all relationships in parts of Michigan &  Colorado . Jennifer is a graduate of Davenport University. Prior to Rock Harbor, Jennifer worked as a Senior Branch Examiner at LPL Financial and brings over a decade of experience.

Scott Ward CIMA

Scott Ward is a Regional Sales Director working with financial advisors in North and South Carolina.   A twenty-year veteran of the financial services industry, Scott has sat in both chairs – as an advisor and an asset management firm representative.  Before joining Rock Harbor, Scott spent almost twelve years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments.  He graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Business Administration and was a two-sport athlete and his M.B.A. from Rollins College.    Currently, he and his wife of twenty years reside in Charlotte, NC with their two children.


Bradley Wyatt

Bradley Wyatt joined Rock Harbor as a Regional Sales Director covering Tennessee in September of 2018.  Bradley has over 30 years experience in financial wholesale distribution.  Before joining Rock Harbor, Bradley worked for Columbia as a Senior Regional Vice President covering the Tennessee.  He graduated with a BS from The University of Notre Dame and received his MS from Northwestern University.

Gregg Jones joined Rock Harbor as Regional Sales Director in December of 2015.  Gregg is responsible for all relationships in Florida & New Jersey.  Gregg is a graduate of William Paterson University.  Prior to Rock Harbor, Gregg worked as a Regional Vice President with 3D Asset Management, Regional Vice President with Cohen & Steers, and an Assistant Vice President with Alliance Bernstein.

Bob Tisler

Bob Tisler is a Regional Vice President covering the Northeast. Prior to joining Rock Harbor Bob was a Director of Northeast Intermediaries at Schroder Investment Management since 2012. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President at Cohen & Steers from 2000 to 2012. He started his wholesaling career at Boston Capital where he was a Regional Vice President from 1994 to 2000. Bob has a M.S. from Illinois State University and B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University. Bob and his family reside in Barrington RI.
