Our Leadership

Sean Ritchlin

Founder/chief executive officer

Sean brings 20+ years of experience in financial wholesale distribution,

the ability to easily connect with clients and a persistent drive for results. Sean has an impressive track record in sales, understands the important role independent wholesalers play for asset managers and is committed to growing these relationships to help clients achieve their goals.

Sean has a passion for the team at Rock Harbor and works closely with each rep to help them exceed their goals.

Prior to founding Rock Harbor, Sean was consistently the top wholesaler for AXA Distributors focusing on Michigan and Indiana as Regional Vice President covering Wirehouse and bank firms. Previously, he served as Regional Marketing Director for Lincoln Financial in the Michigan region covering Wirehouse and Independent firms.

Outside of the financial world, you may catch Sean on ESPN as the National College Hockey Analyst, where he enjoys sharing his passion for the game. He also feels fortunate to be a member of two National Championship hockey teams at Michigan under the legendary head coach Red Berenson.

Scott Lindsay

Chief operations officer/Head of Distribution

As Rock Harbor’s Chief Operations Officer and Head of Distribution, Scott brings a wealth of experience in the Wholesale and Distribution market. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Rock Harbor, Scott was most recently an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley/Eaton Vance covering Michigan Wirehouses. Previously Scott had spent significant time at Allianz Global Investors, PIMCO and UBS Investment Bank.

Scott is a graduate of Fairfield University with a B.A in Economics where he played 4 years for the Men’s NCAA DIII Ice Hockey Team.

Scott is a resident of Grosse Pointe, MI with his wife Michele and their 2 children Grace and Xander. In his free time, he’s still a huge hockey fan, an avid golfer and always up for some fishing!
